What to Expect
Kids Ministry is a safe and fun environment for your children to learn about Jesus! Kids Ministry is offered in both services:
9:00 AM – Pre-K to Grade 4
11:00 AM – Crawlers to Grade 6
You can expect an environment filled with activities that will help your kids grow with God.
What Happens When We Arrive at Church?
When you arrive at church, you and your child(ren) can walk down the hallway to our Kids Ministry sign-in area.
If you haven’t already pre-registered your children, a volunteer will be happy to help you register your kids and get them their name tags. Our volunteer will then help your children make their way to their classroom.
Our Kids Pastor
My name is Stacey and I’m the Kids Pastor at The Father’s House. My goal is to help children explore God’s word, discover God’s truth, and encounter God’s love. I’m excited to see the kids I know and always eager to meet new ones as well.
Sign-in for TFH Kids is just down the hallway in the church. One of our Welcome Team members will be happy to show you the way.
Kids Programs
TFH Kids Ministry has several different age-appropriate programs for children, and we also have a nursery for parents with babies where they are able to remotely watch the service.
Nursery
For Parents With Babies and Young Children.
The nursery is available to parents who want to remain with their young children during the service and give them a space to play. There is always a live stream of the sermon running so parents can still watch and listen to the message.
Babies
For Crawlers to Age 2.
Available at the 11:00 AM Service.
Pre-K
For Children Not Yet in School.
Available at the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM Service.
Elementary
For kids in Kindergarten to Grade 4.
Available at the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM Service.
The Bridge
For Children in Grades 5 and 6.
Available at the 11:00 AM Service.
Stay in Service
If you or your child are not comfortable with Kids Ministry, that is totally fine. Children are welcome to stay with their parents during the service if that’s what you prefer. We have a table near the front of the auditorium with activities for the kids to preoccupy themselves while they sit with you.
