Help Others

Based on the gift each one has received, use it to serve others. 1 Peter 4:10

Helping others is a hallmark of every maturing disciple. With that in mind, The Father’s House Church offers our church family a wide variety of opportunities to serve and bless those around them. Find out how your gifts, your skills, your passions can help people find their way home to the Father to live as disciples who CARE by joining a serving team, by going on a missions trip, by sharing your story and by giving.

God gives each one of us gifts and talents, all of which are meant to bring honour to him and wholeness to his Church. So at The Father’s House Church, we encourage everyone to reach out with their gift and bless those around them. Our serving teams are one of the many ways we accomplish this. The Bible tells us in Mark 16:15 to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” There are people in our communities and in nations all around the world who still need to find their way home to the Father. Simply by loving and serving people, we can help them find home. If you are interested in learning more about missions, click here.

Sharing your story is the best way to change the world. Sharing with others what God has done for you, in you, and through you leads others to want to know God as well. If you want to learn more about how you can share your story, click here.

In Luke 22, Jesus says, “Now I confer on you the royal authority my Father conferred on me so you can eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and be strengthened as you take up responsibilities among the congregations of God’s people” (The Message Bible). Becoming a Partnering Member is about taking up the responsibilities that arise from being in relationship with one another in our church family. At The Father’s House Church we give so other people can find their way home to God and to make disciples who CARE. To learn more about giving at The Father’s House Church, click here.
